beedezigned™ do not share or pass on any personal information to anyone under any circumstance. Reviews posted are Yotpo certified and posted by Yotpo verified customers, only first names and surname initials are published. Pricing
All prices include 10% GST :: Goods and Services Tax, for orders within Australia and are subject to change without notification. The default currency is shown in Australian Dollars. International orders are exempt from the GST.
Payment Options
Payment methods accepted include VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Card payment details can be entered via our secure site or verbally by phone. Alternative payments is available via Bank Direct Deposit. Full payment is required before items are dispatched. Orders paid by direct deposit will not be sent until funds are cleared or a screen dump or copy of receipt is received by us via email. Refunds
beedezigned™ offer a 7 day refund or exchange policy on all items providing the items are either faulty or not matching the items specified on your order. We do not refund for change of mind or making an incorrect choice. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Items must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. Unless your order was received in error or is deemed faulty, all postage and handling on return orders shall be at the expense of the customer. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Refunds are given as a credit with our store for future purchases unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us should wish to request a return or exchange within 7 days of your shipping notification.
Accuracy in Orders Received
beedezigned™ make every effort to ensure all orders are correct. However, there are occasions where an error is made. We recommend checking your order and reporting any discrepancy within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon notification within the 7 day period beedezigned™ will rectify any error caused by beedezigned™ at our expense. Once the 7 day period has lapsed, beedezigned™ will not take responsibility for any mistakes and will consider the order completed.
Order Cancellations
Your order can be cancelled prior to processing at the discretion of beedezigned™ however orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance after the goods have already dispatched. A refund will need to be requested via email. If you would like to cancel an order which you have placed and that is currently being processed, please send us an email requesting cancellation. We will check the status of your order and if your order has not yet processed, we will confirm cancellation via email. A cancellation processing fee of $15 will apply on all occasions. If your order has already been processed please see refunds. At times we may be unable to fulfil your order due to stock shortage. Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded in full.
Postage & Delivery
beedezigned™ cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Although we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed items, we can put in an application for an investigation and possible compensation for these items. Same day delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly. International delivery will be charged at cost. beedezigned™ use a third party to deliver your order so therefore cannot guarantee delivery times. We will however endeavour to track and trace any trackable item for you. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer and as such we advise allowances should be considered in order to accommodate any unexpected delays when ordering. Stock Information & Variation
All orders are subject to availability. Stock variation may occur. It is highly recommended that colour samples be purchased prior to bulk orders as onscreen colours do appear slightly different due to varying monitor settings on each individual computer. We also recommend contacting our design team for Colour PANTONE Match solutions.
International Purchases
Purchases outside Australia may incur an import tax or duty once their orders are sent, prior to receiving their goods. This fee is wholly the responsibility of the customer. beedezigned™ cannot be held responsible or liable for any additional fees charged by government or any other authorities outside of Australia. We recommend contacting your government customs department for advice of charges. Any international purchase can be refused at our discretion due to fraud alert confirmation or otherwise.
