POSSIBLE SUPPLY DELAYS

Dear Customers,

The ongoing covid environment continues to have some effect on our supply chain, while stock levels slowly return to normal. We have many items in stock, but some items may not be available at short notice and may take up to 5 business days to dispatch. We will process all orders as soon as possible and will advise customers of any delays. We encourage all customers to confirm availability with us at info@beedezigned.com.au for the time being.

All envelopes available in each size will be shown per PACKET OF 25. Some Products are also listed with PRICES PER BOX. Please ensure you check carefully the amount of envelopes per box as this varies for each size. Prices can change at any time.

The ©beedezigned.com.au logo you see on our images is a watermark for image copyright protection and is not present on any of our stocks. All stock sold is plain and unprinted.

SAMPLING STOCK
Important Information about Stock and Colour
beedezigned™ have created a new platform within our website which enables a zoom feature. This zoom feature allows you to hover over stocks for a close up look, detailing texture and colour. Although all monitors have innumerable variations in brightness and contrast affecting the accuracy of true colour, all stocks have been scanned to show as accurately as possible "true colour" and texture. Some stocks and colours are more difficult to show true than others, therefore we offer the following options in order for you to make a choice with confidence and clarity.

We can provide you with helpful advice and guidance in order to support you making a decision on stock and colour with confidence. If you are wanting to match stock with pantones or colours you are using our consultants can easily provide you with the closest matching stock for your individual requirements. Whether you are matching a logo, design or font colour, beedezigned™ can assist you in making the right choice, fast.

Small Swatches :: Limit 8 per customer
Swatches of stock can be mailed to you free of charge of stocks you are interested in seeing. These swatches are limited to a maximum request amount of 8. They measure approximately 3cmx3cm and are for stock verification purposes only. Simply send us a list of the stock swatches you are interested in seeing, and your postal address. We will mail these out to you as soon as possible. Should you require your swatches urgently you can opt to add to cart our Swatch Express Post option. This is usually the best option if you are in urgent need to verify a stock prior to bulk purchase. 

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel an order which you have placed and that is currently being processed, please send us an email requesting cancellation. We will check the status of your order and will confirm cancellation if cancellation is possible via email. If your order has already been dispatched cancellation processing fee of $15 will apply. At times we may be unable to fulfil your order due to stock shortage. Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund in full or the option to substitute the stock.

Refunds
beedezigned™ offer a 7 day refund policy on all items, providing the items are either faulty or not matching the items specified on your order. 
Prior authorisation must be obtained and items must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.  Please contact us should you have received items in error or received faulty goods within 7 days of your shipping notification.

PLEASE NOTE :: We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or making an incorrect choice. Please choose carefully and check sizing prior to purchase. Unless your order was received in error or is deemed faulty you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
