Dear Customers,
The ongoing covid environment continues to have some effect on our supply chain, while stock levels slowly return to normal. We have many items in stock, but some items may not be available at short notice and may take up to 5 business days to dispatch. We will process all orders as soon as possible and will advise customers of any delays. We encourage all customers to confirm availability with us at info@beedezigned.com.au for the time being.
Delivery times vary based our processing time, your location and your preferred method of postage. Fastrack the processing time by choosing a product featuring our Super Fast Symbol. beedezigned™ exclusively manufacture products featuring our Super Fast symbol. Products with this symbol are guaranteed as in stock and will be dispatched next business day after payment.
SUPER FAST DISPATCH* THIS PRODUCT SHIPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT ON WEEKDAYS *when purchased alone or combined with any other product with this symbol.
Most orders received after noon begin processing on the next business day. Should your product not feature the Super Fast dispatch symbol, please allow approximately 2-3 business days to process, PLUS time taken to transit to your location (time taken in transit is dependant on your location and postage method chosen). Most orders will only take 1 day to transit via express, however the Parcel Post option can take from 2-5 days. beedezigned™ strongly recommend you allow ample time to receive your order. If in doubt choose the Express Post option as delivery to all areas is both fast and reliable.
If you require your order by a particular date please indicate a preferred delivery date upon order placement and we will do our best to deliver by that date. Postage & Additional Options
beedezigned™ choose to use Australia Post and offer all our Australian customers an Express Post service with tracking or Parcel Post service with tracking. Express Post delivery is 1-2 days with guaranteed next business day delivery to areas within the Express Post Network. Parcel Post, the snail mail option can take 2-5 business days. If the cost to upgrade from Parcel Post to Express Post is minimal we would highly recommend you choose Express Post. Shipping is based on weight and estimates for your order can be found once you have added your products to cart. Should you require additional services like registration, signature on delivery or insurance please advise us at order placement.
Shipping Estimator
Postage costs are based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. Simply add your products to cart in order to use our Shipping Estimator which is located at the bottom of your cart. Enter your State and Postcode to view postage options available to you. Choose between Express Post or Parcel Post, both options include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email upon dispatch and you will have the ability to check the status of your order in transit. beedezigned™ highly recommend Express Post.
Larger Items
beedezigned™ will ship your goods via Express Post or Parcel Post on most occasions however at times may use a courier or alternate service for heavier or bulkier items. Postage cost is determined based on weight and destination. beedezigned™ endeavour to use recycled materials as much as possible to package your goods. Shipping charges can vary when additional charges are incurred due to the packed size of your order. Should your order require additional postage you will always be notified prior to dispatch.
Accurate Information
Please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering. If you are using a work address please ensure you put the company name and level. More information is always better. We also recommend that you nominate an address where someone will be present to accept the package. PO Boxes are a safe and reliable way to ensure your package is secure. beedezigned™ cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed items.
International Purchasing
beedezigned™ deliver to many countries throughout the world including NZ New Zealand, the UK United Kingdom and the US United States. New Zealand orders are sent via International Pack and Track or Express Post International. New Zealand customers can place orders online and receive a Shipping Estimate at Cart prior to order placement.
Packaging :: Recycled whenever possible & Free!
At beedezigned™ our priority is for you to receive your paper and envelopes fast and in excellent condition. Paper and envelopes are fragile, and are also susceptible to wet damage. In order to protect your goods we take the utmost care in ensuring your goods (unless boxed) are first shrink wrap sealed. Paper and card requires additional (recycled) hard board to prevent bending and edge damage. Edges on all paper and envelope goods are easily damaged. To prevent bend and wet damage beedezigned™ will pack most goods in plastic, supported card when necessary and bubble wrap or bubble pack within a satchel or box. Our packaging charge for the packaging and handling required for you to receive your goods in excellent condition is complimentary.
