Privacy Bee-Dezigned do not share or pass on any personal information to anyone under any circumstance. Testimonials posted are posted to protect your privacy by only showing a first name, suburb and state and only when permission is granted. For more information please read out Privacy Statement.
Pricing and Payment Conditions All prices include 10% GST for orders within Australia and are subject to change without notification. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard and AmericanExpress AMEX. Details can be entered via our secure site or verbally by phone. Alternative payments available are Direct Deposit, Money Order and Cheque. Full payment is required before items are dispatched. Orders paid by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be sent until funds are cleared. Cheques that are dishonoured will incur and dishonour fee of $25, is payable immediately upon notification and is subject to change. Refunds Bee-Dezigned offer a 7 day refund policy on items* with the exception of printed stationery and some pre-cut stationery. Items must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the expense of the customer and a 20% administration charge may also be applied.
*Goods that are ordered incorrectly and are not easily re-sold will not be refunded. The refund is given as a credit with our website for future purchases unless otherwise arranged. No refunds will be given on printed stationery, hand made and some custom cut stationery. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Please contact us should wish to request a return.
Mistakes in Orders Received Bee-Dezigned makes every effort to ensure all orders are correct and checked by 2 people prior to dispatch. However, there are occasions where a mistake is made. We recommend checking your order and reporting any mistakes within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon notification within the 7 day period Bee-Dezigned will rectify any mistake made by Bee-Dezigned at our expense. Once the 7 day period is over, Bee-Dezigned will not take responsibility for any mistakes and will consider the order completed.
Order Cancellations All non printed and diy stationery can be cancelled prior to processing at the discretion of Bee-Dezigned however orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance after the goods have already dispatched.
Postage & Delivery As our system does not allow express post to be calculated at the time of order placement the amount of your order shown in your order confirmation may vary as order confirmations can only show normal postage charges. If you request either verbally or on your order that you would like express post, you accept all extra charges associated with express post delivery as outlined in our postage charges table. A full list of normal and express post charges as well as delivery information is available in our section titled Postage & Delivery. With regards to delivery we cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Urgent delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly. International delivery will be charged at cost. Since we use a third party for shipping, Bee-Dezigned cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delays when ordering.
Stock Information & Variation All orders are subject to availability. Stock variation may occur. It is highly recommended that colour samples be purchased prior to bulk orders as onscreen colours may appear slightly different due to varying monitor settings.
International Purchases Purchases outside Australia may incur an import tax or duty once their orders are sent, prior to receiving their goods. This fee is wholly the responsibility of the customer. Bee-Dezigned cannot be held responsible or liable for any additional fees charged by government or any other authorities. We recommends contacting your government customs department for advise of charges. For more information see International Purchasing.
Minimum Orders There is no minimum total order amount however some items are sold in packets where shown. Printed Stationery requires a minimum quantity of 50.
Proofs & Guest List Information Printing of guests names and addresses that is included in the price require a guest list saved in a table format that we provide. Instructions on how to use this formats will be emailed to you. All text in the guest list must be typed as you wish for it to appear. All spelling must be correct. Bee-Dezigned does not check your guest list and what you have saved will be printed on your stationery. If you wish to add extra names or changes to your guest list a new guest list must be sent. Any mistakes incurred from your guest list is not the responsibility of Bee-Dezigned. If reprints are requested there will be additional costs advised by us. Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the clients expense regardless of how the error occurred. It is the customers responsibility to check all copies are correct. Any variations on the same item of stationery. e.g different reply dates will be charged $25.00 for each variation. Printing prices include black ink. Colour printing is an additional charge depending on your quantity. Only black ink is used for translucent paper.
Placing an order either verbally or online at Bee-Dezigned is an acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you read our terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase. |
