At Bee-Dezigned we predominately use Australia Post to deliver most of our orders as we find them to be the most reliable to all areas within Australia and internationally, and particularly when delivering to remote areas within Australia. Postage prices are based on weight and all items are packed thoroughly to ensure you receive your order in the best possible condition.

Express Post charges can vary when additional charges are incurred due to the packed size of your order. Should your order require additional postage you will always be notified prior to processing.

International Postage is based on weight, so is therefore determined at the time dispatch. For more information please go to International Purchasing.

You can find out the cost of postage and handling for your actual order prior to processing by using the above table or continuing on with the quote after filling out your name and details. You are still under no obligation to order. An order is not processed until you follow the next steps and confirm payment details.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER A CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, if you are using a work address please ensure you put the company name and level. More information is always better. We also recommend that you nominate an address where someone will be present to accept the package. PO Boxes are a safe and reliable way to ensure you package is looked after. Although we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed items, we can put in an application for an investigation and possible compensation for these items.

Delivery
Delivery varies on whether you are located in a city, regional area or international. If you require your order by a particular date please indicate this on your order and we will do our best to deliver it by that date. Urgent orders, can be processed and dispatched same day payment is accepted. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days providing stock is available.

If you require your items by a specific date please note your preferred delivery date in the customer instructions section of your order. If you would like your order specifically sent via EXPRESS POST please indicate this and we will adjust your postage amount according to the above Express Post table.

International Purchasing
Bee-Dezigned deliver to many countries throughout the world including NZ New Zealand, the UK United Kingdom and the US United States. Should you require other sizes like US Letter Size please contact us.

No GST for International Orders
If you are ordering from outside Australia please ensure that you click on the International Prices Icon within the online store. Australia's GST tax is not applicable to International customers. Ensure it is orange - as shown below:

Freight Charges
We charge standard Australia Post charges on all international letters and parcels. If your order is over $100 we will on receipt of your order email you and inform you of the freight charges (as your freight charge will be based on weight and destination - anywhere in the world). Your payment will not be dispatched until we receive a return email confirming you have been informed of the freight charge and would like to proceed with the order.
